Women and youth Inclusion Program

In corroboration with partners TFC is involved in facilitation of involvement of Youth and Women in Cooperatives and Agricultural sector in order to raise decent employment among youth. The agenda of inclusion in Cooperative has been done through donors support and Cooperators own Sources as a strategy of Cooperative Succession Plan.

Co-operatives Research Fund Programs

Under Co-operative Research Funds, TFC is mandated to conduct researches for the Co-operatives Societies in collaboration with MoCU and other Research institutions. TFC also partner with Canadian Executive Services Organization – CESO for conducting different researches to support co-operatives businesses and investments.

Public Cooperative Education Program

TFC have been promoting idea of Cooperative education programs to the public for the sake of promoting Co-operative awareness to community, students in different levels of education, stakeholders, entrepreneurs, Government officials and Politicians.

Market Linkage Program

TFC linking famers with both national and international markets, inputs suppliers and financial institutions.
TFC organize business to business meetings between off-takers, inputs suppliers, financial institutions and co-operatives societies includes AMCOS and Co-operative Unions. TFC also facilitate borders visits for the co-operatives to learn procedures and documentation required for cross borders trades.

Capacity Building Program

Cooperative Business Forums Mobilization and Facilitations

TFC have been mobilizing national forum for all forms of Cooperatives called International Cooperative Day (ICD) in order to promote Cooperative business, Intensify Partnership, and bling together cooperatives and stakeholder to discuss challenges and way forward and show the contribution of cooperatives in economy.

It has been also facilitating Participation of Cooperatives to local and international Agricultural and Cooperators Business related Forum like; (NANENANE) For Farmers in Tanzania, SABASABA for all Business in Tanzania, ICA EXP under International Cooperative Alliance, and other forum prepared by different Partners.

TFC Lobbying and Advocacy
