Tanzania will celebrate the 2026 International Day of Cooperatives (CoopsDay) in Dodoma Region from 5 to 6 July 2026 at the Jakaya Kikwete Convention Centre (JNICC).

Organised by the Tanzania Federation of Cooperatives (TFC), the national gathering aligns with the global CoopsDay theme for 2026: Cooperatives for a Peaceful World — highlighting how cooperatives unite people, strengthen social cohesion, and build peaceful, inclusive societies.

Guest of Honour
We expect Hon. Dr. Mwigulu Lameck Nchemba, Prime Minister of the United Republic of Tanzania, to grace the occasion as Guest of Honour.

• Public institutions and partner organisations
• Individual cooperators (wanaushirika)
