The Tanzania Federation of Cooperatives (TFC) has conducted specialized capacity-building training for its staff, focusing on "Mindset and Cultural Change for Organizations."
Led by expert Omary Mjenga (ndc) from the Centre for International Policy – Africa (CIP-Africa), the training aimed to foster an organizational culture rooted in accountability, open communication, and productive leadership.
Through this training, our team has learned new strategies to:
✅ Shift from a hesitant mindset to one focused on learning and taking action.
✅ Strengthen accountability and collaboration across various departments.
✅ Develop 90-day implementation plans to deliver positive results for our members.
